Franchisees are also instructed in the operating procedures needed to run the business.  Operating procedures including everything from cash management to bookkeeping are covered during the corporate training program, and in the Operating Manual as well.  Ongoing assistance is also available by a team of experienced accounting and business professionals.

Extensive support is also available in marketing and sales of our service.  Franchisees are supplied with sources for promotional premiums, in addition to preprinted brochures, business cards and letterhead.  A professionally assembled corporate booth is available to assist franchisees during trade show events.   Techniques on how to implement successful marketing campaigns (complete with sample letters and promotional materials)  are covered during the initial training program.  A thorough Marketing & Sales Manual is supplied to every owner, and is updated with supplemental bulletins periodically.  

The corporate office of The Dentist's Choice™ offers the added service of accommodating in-house repairs for franchise owners needing help in solving particularly difficult repair problems, or for those occasions when an owner is absent from the business due to illness or vacation.

An extensive inventory of parts at group purchasing prices is available to reduce costs.  Additionally, the corporate office coordinates the sale of new products, including handpieces, to selected franchise owners who are interested in supplementing the handpiece service portion of their business.
